Outstanding installation and cleanup. All work within time, cost and services as stated in the quote. He provided detailed operation and after installation troubleshooting instructions. This was an excellent experience. But what is more important is follow-up; I had an issue 10 months later but I displaced/lost all the instructions he provided. I called him and he walked me through the troubleshooting on the phone and we corrected the issue within 5 minutes!!!! Jeremy is courteous, polite, extremely knowledgeable and most of all – HE RETURNS CALLS!!!!!
